The health emergency caused by COVID-19 is having a critical impact on businesses and entrepreneurship, especially for women. Now, more than ever, female entrepreneurs need to be supported to escalate their resilience to the crisis, as well as their participation and engagement in entrepreneurship and digital.
For these reasons, in June 2020, Womenpreneur Initiative, with the support of the US Embassy in Belgium, launched the first edition of the Generation W program. It is the first accelerator program in Brussels during COVID-19. 50 women had the opportunity to participate in more than 140 activities organized by the organization together with multiple partners and experts.
